She Paints with Moon Lyrics
Issue 1 Winter 2006

by Sasha Walker

She tangos the night,
as falling mist
to the wild fields

licked wicked, by the moon,
blessing each step
to the wooded edge
of in-between...

She calls the stars
to weep,
in ethereal dance
of arrows and tea lights,
bathing the flowers
shy naked,
in summer rain...

She speaks
in midnight breezes
that whisper the earth
like no other,
her kiss will send you there,
one breezy touch
at a time...

and She paints
with moon lyrics,
~ her name to your breath ~
and silently
waits
for you to inhale...
